The Restaurant in our hotel in Vipiteno: traditional delights

A holiday in Vipiteno in Alta Valle Isarco will be seasoned with authentic traditional flavours thanks to the delicious dishes offered at the hotel restaurant. The owners, Herbert and Brigitte, are the ones who do the cooking and they are skilled at satisfying even the most demanding palates with their light and low-fat dishes.

We prefer to use local products in our kitchen and we are very dedicated to using seasonal raw materials.

Start your day with a full sweet and savoury breakfast buffet with local products like milk and yogurt from Vipiteno, homemade jams, honey, cereals, cakes, biscuits, fruit juices, brioches, fresh eggs, sliced meats and cheeses.

Delicacies for dinner at the Hotel Maibad

In the evening our chef Herbert will spoil you with a 4-course menu, created from all kinds of South Tyrolean specialities, as well as light delicacies from the Mediterranean - Italian cuisine and tasty dishes from all over the world. In addition we offer you selected wines matching the dishes. On request we also serve you the local beer or our delicious aperitifs.

At the end of the meal we will surprise you with a homemade dessert accompanied by a grappa or a local digestive.
